When designing a bespoke piece of jewellery, we ensure our clients play an integral role in every stage of the creative process.

Step 1: Learning Your Story
During an initial telephone consultation, we’ll get to know you, discover your story and discuss your requirements. We’ll explain how the bespoke process works and introduce you to various design and gemstone options, so we can prepare an estimate and get to work!
Step 2: Getting Intimate
Now’s the time to get personal!
We’ll meet in person (or via Zoom) to explore your inspirations, narrow down your preferred styles and familiarise ourselves with your likes and dislikes.
If you already have the precious stones you wish to use, we’ll consider different ways to present them.
If not, you’ll have the opportunity to view a selection of the highest quality diamonds and gemstones, and we’ll guide you through the process of deciding on Carat, Cut, Colour and Clarity.
We’ll also introduce you to a range of precious metals and agree your preferred settings so we can create a series of initial designs for you to consider.
Step 3: Bringing Your Bespoke Design to Life
We’ll present you with a set of digital illustrations and once we’ve narrowed down your design, we’ll use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to create a 360-degree image of your preferred choice.
This image, created to scale, will enable you to view your design from every angle and help you identify any adjustments you’d like to make.
Before your final stamp of approval, we’ll print a 3D resin model of your design which you can try on, giving you complete peace of mind that your bespoke creation will be exactly as you imagine.
Step 4: Casting Off and Hand-Finishing to Perfection
Although we use modern, digital techniques, we take pride in hand-finishing every piece of jewellery we create.
Our master craftsmen in Hatton Garden, London, will cast your design in your chosen precious metal and then, with meticulous precision, set your beautiful gemstones in place.
Step 5: Sparkling into Perfection
Once your bespoke creation is ready, the most exciting part of the journey arrives – the unveiling. Nestled in its beautiful presentation box, take enormous pride in your unique piece of jewellery which so perfectly reflects ‘you’.
